Pending Transactions: What It Means
All crypto transactions start with a "Pending" status. This means the transaction is waiting to be confirmed or acted upon.
An expired invoice may also appear under the pending column because its validity period has elapsed and it only requires reactivation, which will return its status to pending.
Failed Transactions: What It Means
A transaction will have a "Failed" status if it couldn't be completed due to an error or timeout.
Bill Payments: If a bill payment doesn't go through as expected, it will fail, and the amount will be reversed back to the user's wallet.
Crypto-to-Crypto Swaps: A swap will fail if no payment is made during the 15-minute countdown.
Crypto Invoices: If the payer clicks "Pay Now" but doesn’t complete the payment within 30 minutes, the invoice will fail.
Unsuccessful Transactions: What It Means
A transaction is marked as "Unsuccessful" if it was not initiated or did not complete properly.
Crypto-to-Cash Transactions: If a transaction fails verification or is below the minimum required amount, it will be marked as unsuccessful.
Crypto Invoices: An invoice will be considered unsuccessful if Breet deletes it because the user hasn't interacted with it for a period of time. Expired invoices will also fall under this status.
Processing Transactions: What It Means
A transaction is marked as "Processing" when it's currently in progress or being confirmed.
Withdrawals: This means the payment has been sent from our end but is delayed due to a bank network issue or NIBSS (Nigerian Interbank Settlement System) downtime. We keep retrying the payment until it’s successful.
Crypto Invoices: The invoice is currently in the payment process. If the invoice is partially paid, it will remain in "Processing" until it is marked as complete.
Successful Transactions: What It Means
This status means the transaction has been completed successfully. It applies to all features on the app.
