For security and compliance reasons, we need to confirm that the funds came from you.
How To Resolve Flagged Top-Up
Open the flagged transaction and tap Resolve.
You’ll see two options:
• Upload Transaction Receipt
This will resolve the specific transaction.
• Complete Advanced Verification (KYC)
This verifies your details so future top-ups won’t be flagged.
