Why Is My Top-Up Flagged and How Can I Resolve It?

Your top-up may be flagged if the payment was sent from a third-party account or from a bank account that is not linked to your BVN.

For security and compliance reasons, we need to confirm that the funds came from you.

How To Resolve Flagged Top-Up

You can resolve a flagged top-up in either of these two ways:

1. Complete Advanced Verification (Advanced KYC)

This helps us confirm your identity and properly link your account.

2. Upload the Payment Receipt

You can upload the receipt of the transaction so our team can verify the payment.

Once verification is completed, your top-up will be processed.
