To change the email address on your Breet account, you need to verify your identity first. Here's how:
Open the in-app chat or email support@breet.app to start your request.
Snap and send a selfie of you holding your government-issued ID card. Your face and the ID must be clearly visible.
Send a photo of a handwritten note with today's date and the words "BREET Email Change Request". Sign the note.
Send your current (old) email address and the new email address you want to switch to.
Please Note: The swap is usually completed within a few minutes, and you'll be informed via the conversation once it's done.
