1. Tap "Profile" at the bottom of your home screen.
2. Tap "Security Settings".
3. Tap "Reset Transaction PIN".
4. Enter your password when prompted.
5. Tap "Receive OTP".
A reset code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code and set a new 4-digit PIN.
Having trouble setting or resetting your PIN?
Here are the most common reasons:
1. Repeated numbers
Your PIN cannot contain repeated numbers. For example, 4186 or 7890 are valid. 1167 or 1998 are not.
2. PIN is too easy to guess
Avoid simple or commonly used PINs like 1234, 0000, or 1111. Choose something less predictable.
3. PIN entries do not match
When setting your PIN, you will be asked to enter it twice. Both entries must match exactly to proceed.
