Why is my Breet account suspended or frozen?

Your account may be suspended for any of the following reasons:

  • Intentionally sending empty coins more than 5 times within 30 minutes.

  • Flooding the exchange system with unreasonable transactions.

  • Forging or falsifying transaction proofs without actually sending crypto.

Your account may be frozen for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect PIN or password: Entering the wrong PIN or password up to four times will automatically freeze your account for security reasons. To resolve this, reset your PIN or password from the app.

  • Unusual account activity: If Breet detects suspicious or unusual behavior on your account, a temporary freeze may be placed as a precautionary measure.

  • Account discrepancies: A mismatch or issue with your account details may also result in a freeze.
