How do I withdraw from my card wallet?

1. Tap “Cards”, then tap the arrow beside your Card Wallet Balance.

2. Tap “Withdraw”.

3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, in USD.

4. Check the fee and Expected Amount, then tap “Continue”.

5. Select “USD Wallet” or “NGN Wallet”.

6. Enter your 4-digit transaction PIN and tap “Continue”.

You’ll see “Withdrawal submitted” once your request goes through. Tap “View History” to track it.

Please Note: A 1.5% fee is deducted from the amount you withdraw. The Expected Amount shows what lands in your wallet after the fee.
