Tap "Cards", then tap "Settings".

Tap the card name at the top of the screen and select the card you want to terminate.

Tap "Terminate Card".

Select a reason from the "Reason for Termination" dropdown (Lost Card, Stolen Card, or Cancel Card).

Tick "I understand and agree to the above condition".

Tap "Terminate Card".

Enter your 4-digit transaction PIN and tap "Continue".
You'll see "Card Terminated Successfully". Tap "Create New Card" if you want a replacement, or "Go Home" to leave.
Please Note: Termination is permanent. A terminated card can't be recovered or reactivated, and a $1 charge applies
