How do I freeze or unfreeze my card?

To freeze your card;

  1. Tap "Cards" and swipe to the card you want to freeze.

  2. Tap "Freeze".

  3. Tap "Yes, Freeze Card".

  4. Enter your 4-digit transaction PIN and tap "Continue".

Your card screen shows "Card is Frozen" with a status of "Frozen".

To unfreeze your card;

  1. Tap "Cards" and swipe to the frozen card.

  2. Tap "Unfreeze Card".

  3. Tap "Yes, Unfreeze Card".

  4. Enter your 4-digit transaction PIN and tap "Continue".

Your card is active again and ready for transactions.

Please Note: Freezing is temporary and only affects the card you select. Any transaction on a frozen card, including subscriptions, is declined until you unfreeze it.
