How Do I Fund My Card Wallet From My NGN/GHS Or USD Wallet?

  1. Tap "Cards", then tap your Card Wallet Balance.

  2. Tap "Fund".

  3. Select "USD/GHS/NGN Wallet".

  4. Enter the amount you want to add, in USD.

  5. Review the fee and total, then tap "Continue". If you're paying from your NGN Wallet, this screen also shows the rate and Naira equivalent. Tap "Switch" to change the wallet you pay from.

  6. If you're paying from your NGN Wallet, check the details on the Confirmation screen and tap "Pay".

  7. Enter your 4-digit transaction PIN and tap "Continue".

The funds show in your Card Wallet Balance, and the transaction appears in Card History as "Card Funding".

Please Note: A 1.5% fee is added to the amount you enter. When you pay from your NGN Wallet, the amount is converted to USD at the rate shown before you pay.
