How do I create and activate a Physical Crypto card?

  1. Tap "Cards" on the Home screen.

  2. Select "Physical Card" from the Card Type dropdown.

  3. Review the Fee Summary and tap "Continue".

  4. Enter your delivery details (Country, Phone Number, Address, State, City, Postal Code) and tap "Continue".

  5. Choose the wallet to pay from (NGN Wallet or USD Wallet). Tap "Switch" to change it.

  6. Tap "Pay".

  7. Enter your transaction PIN.

  8. Upload a government ID (National ID card, Passport, Residence Permit, or Driver's License) and tap "Continue".

Your card moves through "Card in Production", "Card Shipped", then "Card Delivered". Tap "Track Progress" to see where it is and when it's expected.

Activate your card

  1. When the Cards screen shows "Your card has arrived!", tap "Activate Card".

  2. Enter your 16-digit card number and tap "Continue".

  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email and tap "Activate Card".

  4. Create a 6-digit Card PIN, enter it again to confirm, then tap "Activate Card".

Once activated, your card shows "Empty Wallet". Tap "Fund Wallet" to add funds, reveal your card details, and start spending.

Please Note: You can't use or view your card until it's delivered and activated. If the email code doesn't arrive, tap "Resend" on the code screen.
