Business-wide automatic settlement payouts
These payouts don’t send a withdrawal webhook and don’t appear in Withdrawal History. Use your wallet history to match them.
Payouts started from the dashboard
Payouts you start from the dashboard don’t send withdrawal webhooks. Payouts you start through the API do.
Webhook events not subscribed to
You only receive webhooks for the events you’ve subscribed to. If you’re not getting a webhook you expect, check which events you’ve selected.
