Why haven't I received my withdrawal yet?

Withdrawals on Breet are processed automatically. Under normal circumstances, funds arrive in your bank account in less than 5 minutes.

Why is my withdrawal showing as Pending?

Withdrawals are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. A Pending status means your withdrawal is queued and awaiting processing. This usually takes just a few minutes.

Why haven't I received my withdrawal?

Once the withdrawal status shows Successful, the payment has been sent from Breet. At this point, any delay is on the bank's side and is beyond Breet's control.

Here are the most common reasons for delays:

  • Bank network issues or downtime.

  • Your bank account has receiving limits. For example, most student accounts cannot receive more than ₦50,000 at once. Ensure your account is not restricted.

If you do not receive your payment within 24 hours, contact support. Breet will query the transfer status and provide you with a payment receipt and transfer session ID. You can then share this with your bank to track the payment.

Please Note: 99% of payments are received within minutes. In the rare case of a reversal, Breet will notify you within 24 hours. You will always receive your payment.
