1. On the login page, tap "Forgot Password".
2. Enter your registered email address and tap "Submit".
3. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
4. Tap the reset link, or copy and paste it into your browser, to create a new password.
Please Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Want to change your password?
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or simply want to update your password:
1. Tap the "Profile" icon.
2. Tap "Security Settings".
3. Tap "Change Password".
4. Enter the requested details and save.
