If emails from Breet are landing in your Junk, Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder instead of your inbox, here are two quick ways to fix it.
Option 1: Add Breet to your VIP list (iOS only)
If you use the default iOS Mail app, you can add Breet to your VIP list so our emails always land in your inbox.
Open any previous email from Breet.
Tap the sender name after the "From" tag.
Tap "Add to VIP".
That is all. This takes less than 10 seconds and ensures our emails always reach your inbox.
Option 2: Save Breet as a contact (iOS, Android, and web)
This option works across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and most other email platforms.
Open any email from Breet.
Tap the sender name.
Tap "Create New Contact" or "Save Contact".
Once saved, emails from Breet will go straight to your inbox.
